1.Service Description
We provide dedicated IPv6 static IP addresses and HTTP/HTTPS CONNECT proxy services from an Indian datacenter. Each subscription bundle grants the customer exclusive use of one or more IPv6 addresses, each accessible with unique credentials. Outbound traffic from the proxies is IPv6-only.
2.Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register for or use the Service.
2.2You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend accounts with materially false information.
2.3You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or proxy credentials.
3.Service Plans and Pricing
3.1All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is itemised at checkout and on the invoice.
3.2Subscriptions are sold as atomic bundles consisting of a fixed IP count and tenure (monthly or quarterly). Bundles cannot be partially cancelled, partially renewed, merged, upgraded mid-cycle or downgraded mid-cycle. Add-on capacity is sold as a separate bundle on its own clock.
3.3Payment is required in advance via UPI. A bundle is provisionally reserved at checkout for 48 hours; if no UTR is submitted and verified within that window, the bundle is cancelled and any soft-reserved capacity is released.
3.4We may revise pricing at any time. Price changes apply only to new bundles and renewals; existing bundles are honoured at their original price for the remainder of their term and for 12 months after a price change at the time of renewal.
3.5All sales are final, subject to the limited exceptions in Section 6.
4.Service Usage and Restrictions
4.1Acceptable Use. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- send unsolicited bulk email or commercial messages (spam), including any traffic on TCP port 25;
- conduct, facilitate or participate in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force credential attacks, or any unauthorised access to systems you do not own;
- distribute malware, exploit kits, phishing pages, or content infringing third-party intellectual property;
- store, transmit or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content prohibited by Indian law;
- conduct account-takeover, credential-stuffing, or unauthorised trading on third-party platforms;
- circumvent rate limits, anti-fraud controls, or terms of service of upstream services in a manner that exposes us to liability;
- attempt to bypass authentication, ACLs, or routing controls of the Service itself, including tunnelling to internal addresses such as loopback, link-local, or private RFC-1918 ranges.
4.2Per-IP Use. Each IPv6 address is licensed for use by the registered customer. You may direct any number of upstream connections through your IP, subject to fair-use bandwidth limits described in Section 4.4.
4.3IPv6 Compatibility. Our proxies route traffic over IPv6 only. Your upstream service must support IPv6 for the proxy to reach it. We publish a non-exhaustive compatibility list at /brokers; verifying compatibility is your responsibility, and incompatible upstreams are not grounds for refund.
4.4Bandwidth. A soft cap of 100 GB per IP per calendar month applies. Sustained transfer above this cap may trigger admin review and, in case of abuse, throttling or suspension. We do not currently meter or bill bandwidth overage.
4.5Logs. We retain connection metadata (timestamp, source IP, destination host, bytes transferred) for 30 days for abuse response and statutory compliance. We do not log or inspect payload contents.
4.6Resale. The Service is licensed for use by the registered customer. Resale, sublicensing, white-labelling, or providing proxy access to third parties as a service is prohibited without our prior written consent. Buying a bundle and reselling its credentials is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension without refund.
5.Service Availability and Uptime
5.1We operate the Service on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime caused by upstream network providers, force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or customer-side network issues is excluded from any availability discussion and is not grounds for refund or service credit.
5.2We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice posted to the customer dashboard. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when necessary to preserve service integrity or security.
5.3IP address continuity. We make best efforts to preserve your assigned IPv6 addresses for the duration of your bundle, including across routine VM maintenance and provider-side reboots. In extraordinary circumstances — catastrophic infrastructure failure, loss of the upstream IPv6 routing assignment, datacenter-level outage, or termination of an infrastructure provider relationship — we may be unable to retain your original addresses. If this happens:
- we will email replacement addresses, ports and credentials to your registered email as soon as new capacity is available;
- your bundle term, status and remaining tenure are unaffected — you do not need to repurchase;
- you are responsible for updating any third-party allowlists (broker, exchange, partner system) with the new addresses;
- service interruption arising from such an event is not grounds for routine refund. For extraordinary disruption you may request a discretionary refund under Section 6.2.
6.Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1All sales are final. Bundles are atomic and prepaid; the Service does not offer routine refunds, pro-rated cancellations or mid-cycle changes of any kind.
6.2Discretionary refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example a billing error or a verified service-side failure that prevented use of the bundle). Such refunds are not a right and are decided case by case. Where issued, refunds are paid via UPI reverse-credit to the source account from which payment was received, less any payment-processing fees.
6.3We may suspend or terminate any bundle, with or without refund, for: violation of these Terms; non-payment; chargeback or payment fraud; abuse-report findings under Section 4; or any conduct that, in our reasonable judgement, exposes us or our infrastructure to legal, security, or reputational risk.
6.4Lifecycle on non-renewal. When a bundle's term ends, it becomes suspended: the proxy listeners go offline at the next scheduled maintenance window (typically within a day of expiry), but the customer's IP addresses remain reserved to their account and are not reassigned in the ordinary course. We reserve the right to release an address only after a prolonged period of non-renewal (no less than 12 months) and after prior notice to the customer. Renewing before then reactivates the same addresses with refreshed credentials.
7.Privacy and Data Protection
7.1Our handling of personal data, payment data, billing information and connection metadata is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to processing described therein.
7.2We may disclose customer data to law-enforcement agencies in response to a valid Indian legal process, and to upstream providers to the extent necessary to investigate abuse reports.
8.Intellectual Property
8.1All content on this site, including the trademarks, logos, interface designs and source code, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive no licence to such material other than the limited right to use the Service as provided in these Terms.
8.2You retain all rights in any content you transmit through the proxies. We claim no ownership of customer traffic.
9.Limitation of Liability
9.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of trading opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
9.3Our total aggregate liability to a customer in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees actually paid by that customer for the Service during the same period.
10.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ipv6-proxy.in, its operators and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
12.Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the customer dashboard for at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmation issued at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and ipv6-proxy.in with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals on the subject.
